Alice --- she is super cooperative, always helpful Location is good , bus stop opposite the hotel , high speed rail about 1.5 kms , Tainex is about 3 kms

The front of house staff were very attentive and helpful. They aiding with the checking in system and also helping to order a taxi. They were polite and attentive. No language problems at all.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful.
